Refund Policy

For hygiene reasons, the Leher Bonnet and Waffle Wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.

A replacement or refund will only be considered if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and a continuous unboxing video.

The Leher Hood may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed and returned with its original packaging, tags and storage pouch.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 working days.

Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, damage or missing packaging will not be eligible.
