A replacement or refund will only be considered if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide:
A clear, continuous unboxing video recorded before opening the package
Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
Your order number and contact details
Requests submitted after 3 days, or without a complete unboxing video, may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Products damaged due to use, washing, incorrect care or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
